What we review
Commercial guides may cover ingredients, specifications, instructions, availability, pricing, customer feedback, limitations and relevant evidence. The exact criteria depend on the product category.
Evidence and product claims
Manufacturer statements are treated as manufacturer statements. They are not automatically presented as independent clinical evidence. When a claim is supported by a published study or authoritative source, that source should be identified where practical.
Ratings and rankings
CareIntima should not present invented review scores, fabricated testing, undisclosed scoring formulas or unsupported “winner” claims as objective facts. Where comparative judgments are used, the criteria should be transparent and the limitations should be visible.
First-hand testing
A product is not described as personally tested unless it was genuinely tested by the publication or a named contributor. Where a product has not been personally tested, the page should make that limitation clear.
Price and availability
Prices, stock, marketplace ratings and other commercial details can change. Time-sensitive information should be dated or described as subject to change rather than treated as permanent facts.
Affiliate links
Some product pages may contain affiliate links. A purchase through an affiliate link may generate a commission at no extra cost to the reader. Affiliate relationships do not replace the need for accurate descriptions, sourcing and limitations.
Product reviews are informational comparisons, not medical prescriptions or guarantees of individual outcomes.
